Refund policy

   7.1. Due to the personalized nature of Annuello's products, refunds or exchanges are generally not offered unless the item is found to be defective upon delivery.

   7.2. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact Annuello within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
