1. Placing an Order:

1.2. Acceptance of orders is contingent on Annuello's discretion and the availability of the requested items.
1.3. Annuello maintains the right to refuse or cancel an order at any point for any valid reason.
2. Custom Orders:

2.2. Custom orders may incur additional fees and may take longer to be processed and delivered.
3. Payment:

4.4 Customers should exercise the same caution when moving their furniture across hardwood, concrete, stone or tiled surfaces to prevent damage to the floor surface or furniture piece.
5. Freight and Delivery:
5.1. Annuello cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transportation.
5.2 Annuello is unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide a delivery address.
5.3 Annuello ships to most parts of Australia, however, is unable to deliver to all areas.
6. Warranty:
6.1. Annuello assures that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
6.2. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, or neglect.
7. Returns and Refunds:
